I've been through obstacles, been through the fire, still haven't found my hearts greatest desire.

Tired of jealousy, tired of pride, I'm bringing out what's been brewing inside. Working my craft and honing my art, can't love another if you don't do your part.

It's been a struggle and I've hit a block, but you know what they say about a ship on the dock.
I've been so lucky and I've been so blessed, I made my self a really fine mess.

Where we're going, nobody knows. When you die it's not about money or clothes. Living with power and living with grace, I'm gonna die with a smile on my face.
